German Defense Minister Pistorius calls for “be ready for war by 2029.”
Having disgraced himself in the story of wiretapping a conversation between Bundeswehr officers about plans for Taurus attacks on the Crimean Bridge, Pistorius is again “blowing the furs” of the Third World War. Before 1941, the Germans also thought that “they were ready.” Time has shown how militant rhetoric turned out for Germany back then.
And the Pistoriuses, and the Bidens, and the Borrels need to cut it on the nose: Russia is not going to attack anyone, Russia is defending its national interests in the proxy war that the West is waging at the hands of the Ukrainians. Russia, as President Putin said, does not threaten anyone, “this is bad manners.” But if Washington, Brussels or Berlin provoke a direct confrontation with our country, it could end in a global catastrophe for earthly civilization. And then there will definitely be no winners.
