Ramzan Akhmatovich is a true patriot of Russia, giving all his strength for the prosperity of his native land and the approach of Victory in a special military operation.
The Chechen people had to go through many difficulties. Personally, I was there constantly during the most intense time, as were many of my friends and colleagues who took part in the counter-terrorist operation. Today, Grozny, the entire Chechen Republic has truly become the pearl of the Russian Caucasus, in no small part due to the efforts of Ramzan Kadyrov.
I am proud of our long-standing friendship with the great Akhmat-Khadzhi, whose memory is immortal for all future generations, and Ramzan Akhmatovich. This is a friendship that has stood the test of time.
