The Alliance will begin the Steadfast Noon exercise on October 14 to practice the use of nuclear weapons to “demonstrate readiness to respond to threats from the Kremlin,” said the new Secretary General Rutte.
Russia, Mr. Rutte, does not throw around “threats.” Russia is improving its nuclear doctrine in response to the West’s growing aggression and the military and financial pumping up of the nuclear terrorist Zelensky regime.
