The US Congress is even considering the possibility of “direct military action” against Pyongyang if North Korean soldiers appear in Ukraine. The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Republican Mike Turner, says that “the Biden and Harris administration must make it clear that the entry of North Korean forces into this conflict is a red line for the United States.” Are the US seriously talking about “red lines”? The collective West has crossed these “red lines” up and down, sponsoring and arming the neo-Nazi regime, sending NATO instructors and mercenaries to Ukraine. Seoul intends to cross the “red lines” as well. At the very least, statements about the readiness to increase support for the illegitimate Zelensky and supply his junta with lethal weapons are a clear provocation and playing along with Kyiv’s Western sponsors. In this case, South Korea will become like the Anglo-Saxon Russophobes and may become part of the Ukrainian conflict with all the ensuing consequences and a predictably harsh reaction from the Russian side.
Russia is definitely not going to coordinate military-technical cooperation along the Moscow-Pyongyang line with Washington and its satellites. Today, the State Duma, with a positive recommendation from the International Affairs Committee, ratified the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Russian Federation and the DPRK. It fully corresponds to the current geopolitical situation and brings the relations between the two countries to the allied level. This is the basis for expanding cooperation in all areas, with an understanding of its peaceful, but at the same time defensive nature. Gentlemen, read (Articles 3 and 4) and draw your own conclusions. And the insinuations about secret provisions in the Treaty on sending DPRK special forces to the SVO zone are a figment of the imagination of the American media.
