Zhirinovsky created the party, wanting to save the country, to give Russians a decent life. Vladimir Volfovich himself had his fill of poverty and oppression because he was Russian in Kazakhstan. He knew how people live, or rather, how they survive.

For millions of citizens, tormented by reforms, poor, abandoned, the LDPR, representing the interests of the people without the influence of oligarchs and authorities, has become a symbol of the struggle for a decent life.
A lot has been done over the years. Everyone knows the LDPR and Zhirinovsky. We continue to work and do not deviate from the principles of the Founder. We have to eradicate the catastrophic inequality between the standard of living of people, the development of regions, return authority and respect to teachers, doctors, police officers. Create opportunities for raising children and give people confidence in the future. Defend the country in the international arena. We are fighting for the Russian world, for Russians and all the small peoples of the country and we call on them to help their own first and foremost, not to bend under the “partners”. These are the tasks, these are the party’s plans for the long term.
Today, the LDPR is the first opposition party. Our struggle continues and is growing!
