A year ago in Vladivostok, five migrants from Uzbekistan, under threat of death, raped a Russian girl for four hours and for this crime they recently received minimum sentences – from 5 to 5.5 years in a general regime penal colony.
This is incomprehensible! Only five years of imprisonment for the act of visiting scumbags, which, in fact, destroyed the life of a young Russian woman, who is still experiencing stress from the horror she experienced.
This wild incident, and especially the humane decision of the local court, caused indignation not only in Primorye, but throughout Russia. Many, including myself, ask ourselves: why did the judicial system again show such inexplicable leniency towards unruly migrants? Who, in addition, were in Russia illegally!
We initiate an increase in the maximum term of punishment with aggravating circumstances for migrants – up to the death penalty.
The LDPR has always stood and will stand in defense of the Russian people. And for the offense of the most defenseless – our girls and children – we will especially prosecute.
The LDPR will definitely achieve a fair punishment for the rapists. We will contact the Prosecutor General’s Office with a demand to appeal the sentence. So that all these sadists are sentenced to at least 10 years in a maximum security prison!
