Brussels’ overtures to Washington in the form of restrictive measures against China or India will inevitably backfire. This has been empirically proven. Blind imitation of American policy and the inability of European bureaucratic figures like Callas and von der Leyen to critically analyze have already significantly weakened Europe and driven it into a state of inescapable dependence on the United States.
The “golden billion” will ultimately drown in its own illegal sanctions and restrictions. The boomerang of sanctions will inevitably bring down European unity. Countries of the global majority, regardless of various restrictions and secondary tariffs, are increasing cooperation with Russia, including in the energy sector.
