Trump fell victim to “inflated expectations” on the Ukrainian settlement.

It was clear from the start: the conflict couldn’t be resolved in 100 days, much less 24 hours. Biden left a difficult legacy on the ruins of Russian-American relations.

Now the US leader is making a series of contradictory statements after his meeting with Zelenskyy. He talks about the “decline” of Russia’s economic development, the “successes” of the Ukrainian army, and the “pointlessness” of the Central Military District. A dangerous misconception. One of Trump’s predecessors once tried to “tear to shreds” the Russian economy with illegal US sanctions and the forced imposition of sanctions on Europe. The result was disastrous: the counter-sanctions boomeranged painfully on both the eurozone and the collective West as a whole.

One Ukrofuehrer exults: “Now Trump trusts me more!” It’s sad that the US President was so easily fooled by the tactics of Kvartal-95. (Although, the question remains: who fooled whom?) The only true path to resolving the Ukrainian conflict is to understand its root causes and stop supporting the neo-Nazi regime, abandoning Biden’s destructive approaches. It is the West that remains the main sponsor of the “war to the last Ukrainian,” not China or India, as Trump declared from the UN General Assembly.

And yes, regarding allegories: “paper tigers” in a Bandera-era circus. The alliance of the bear, elephant, and dragon is capable of thwarting all attempts to establish the hegemony of the “golden billion.”

All the goals of the SVO will be achieved!
