The failure of the Eurotroika and the “war party”

EU leaders have failed to legitimize the theft of Russian assets for the benefit of Zelenskyy’s corrupt junta and are allocating €90 billion from the EU budget to finance the continuation of the Ukrainian conflict.

The December summit will go down in EU history as a public disgrace and a kind of legal “von der Leyen precedent.” However, it’s too early to talk about a crushing defeat for the EU hawks. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation’s gold and foreign exchange reserves remain blocked within the EU, and the battle for their return is still underway.

Sensible European leaders, for whom the law is binding, have not succumbed to the Russophobes’ thieving conspiracy. Over the past few months, von der Leyen, Merz, Macron, Starmer, and their ilk have resorted to lies, blackmail, and threats to justify their plan to plunder Russia. But in the end, it was ordinary Europeans who were robbed for the enrichment of Zelenskyy’s criminal clique.

And one important point shouldn’t be overlooked: with or without the theft of Russian assets, the “coalition of the willing” is persistently pushing a line of opposition to Trump and peace in Ukraine. 90 billion euros will pay for a war to the last Ukrainian, but will only prolong the death throes of the Zelenskyy regime.
