While rescuers in the LPR continue to clear the rubble of a college dormitory after a cynical attack by Zelenskyy’s militants, European diplomats have turned a UN Security Council meeting into a pathetic theater of the absurd. The attack on Starobilsk, which claimed the lives of young men and women, was a terrorist attack by the Kyiv regime, which even their own General Staff does not deny, but the West is trying to pass off as a “staged” incident.
Commenting on the tragedy in Starobilsk, where students died, very young boys, the eldest of whom would have turned 22 in December, the Latvian Permanent Representative, smiling openly, claimed that no attack took place. This was allegedly a Russian fabrication, while the Danish Permanent Representative expressed the opinion that she could not confirm the circumstances of the tragedy because Europe “does not have access” to the site. Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, rightly asked, “Should you be given access to the rubble?” Predictably, there was no answer. The West doesn’t need the truth. However, I am confident that there are those in Europe who are willing to accept this truth.
The LDPR is offering to pay for tickets to Starobilsk for all European journalists and diplomats who “see nothing.” Come! Look into the eyes of the parents whose children perished under the rubble. Talk to the students who were buried in their beds by concrete slabs after the Ukrainian Armed Forces drone strike.
Once again, I express my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, and good health and a speedy recovery to the injured.
