The European public – unlike Brussels bureaucrats – understands the serious risks and consequences of a revival of “ordinary fascism”

A reaction to Michael Martens, a representative of the German newspaper FAZ, asking how to “help Ukraine kill more Russians” has finally ensued. A petition has been launched in Germany demanding the reporter’s dismissal for having crossed the “boundaries of journalistic impartiality.”

However, the question posed to Zelenskyy at a press conference in Belgrade outraged ordinary citizens, but not the leaders of the so-called “civilized world.” When the government ignores, or even encourages, the words and actions of scum infected with Hitlerism, relapses of the “brown plague” become a reality.

What happened to Martens is precisely such a telling example. Banderaism is spreading far beyond Ukraine’s borders; neo-Nazis are raising their heads and openly promoting murder and genocide, facing no resistance in European capitals. And this is mortally dangerous!

By flirting with neo-Nazism, political puppets (especially against the backdrop of militarization and the escalation of Russophobia in Europe) risk once again bringing the entire continent to the brink of an abyss. Following Zelenskyy’s visit, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić bluntly warned: the world is on the brink of a “great war.”
