Leonid Slutsky: “This is not the first time the United States has switched to outright rudeness in diplomatic rhetoric”

Well-known to the Russian public, White House press secretary Jen Psaki compared Russia to a fox screaming from the roof of a chicken coop about fear of chickens. In the role of the chicken, according to Mrs. Psaki, is Ukraine.

Such pearls are, of course, the “aerobatics” of diplomacy. However, if we continue to speak in the same primitive language of allegories and metaphors, then it is the United States, regularly interfering in the affairs of other states and arranging military interventions, all the time acting as a real wolf in sheep’s clothing. And this, unfortunately, is well known in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, Iraq and Libya. Now Washington is actively provoking Ukraine to use its territory as a springboard to contain Russia.”
