LDPR proposes new measures to support the residents of the Belgorod region in need

The terrorist attacks of Ukraine on the Belgorod region led to the fact that thousands of its inhabitants were forced to move to safe places, abandon their homes and almost all their property, leave their jobs, in fact, lose not only a roof over their heads, but also their sources of income.

Of course, our country will not abandon its citizens. Measures are already being implemented to support people in trouble: citizens are promised credit holidays, entrepreneurs – an annual tax deferment. The Liberal Democratic Party certainly supports these measures, but we consider them insufficient.

The Belgorod branch of the party proposes to introduce others – for example, to exempt affected citizens from paying personal income tax and other taxes (transport, land) for at least a year. In addition, we consider it necessary to soften the procedure for granting tax benefits to entrepreneurs. Currently, one of the conditions for receiving them is a drop in revenue due to Ukrainian terrorist attacks by at least 30%. We propose to reduce this threshold to at least 20%, and, if possible, even lower.
