The motivation speaks for itself. Behind Scholz’s words there is only deceit and work for the “domestic public”. After unsuccessful regional and European election campaigns, he wants to “play the Ukrainian card” to strengthen his own position.
At the same time, Scholz sees that Zelensky is losing. And therefore an element of “diplomatic maneuvering” on the external track is possible. However, the surest way here is not to “make plans” on the pages of the Western press, but to stop direct arms supplies to the expired clown and support for his fruitless initiatives, such as the “peace summit”. When we see real steps in this direction, then we will be able to talk about the seriousness of the German side’s intentions.
For now (and especially after the deception on the part of Berlin and Paris with Minsk-2), the shares of the German Chancellor as a co-sponsor in the peace settlement processes are quoted at around zero.
