Raising children is a kind of test of a man’s social and moral maturity, it is constant work and considerable responsibilities. By his own example, a father instills in his children a sense of responsibility, honor, care for others, is a mentor, protector and role model for his children.
I managed to raise wonderful daughters, now the eldest of them is raising a grandson and granddaughter, I try to pay attention. It is not easy to be a father.
The founder of the LDPR, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, proposed celebrating a special Father’s Day in Russia. He often said that men also need attention, to raise their social status.
The LDPR consistently comes up with initiatives to support fathers. The other day, we proposed granting single fathers the right to early appointment of an insurance pension. We also advocate the introduction of a special “father’s capital” that will support large families.
