Today Okhotny Ryad hosted one of the main events of the spring session for parliamentary diplomacy – Government Hour with the participation of Foreign Minister Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov. It took place on the eve of the approval of the updated Concept of Russia’s foreign policy.
