Demanding explanations from your own puppets is a pathetic attempt to disassociate yourself from being involved in the Ukrainian conflict. Do the Belgians themselves want to explain why Western weapons are shooting at the Russians?
The collective West has become a collective sponsor of terrorism. And the only way to stop the aggression and the spread of neo-Nazism, to avoid new tragedies, casualties and destruction, is to stop supplying weapons to Kyiv.
