This memorable date has been celebrated in our country since 2012, and its roots go back to the distant 1906, when the first meeting of the State Duma took place.
Russian parliamentarism has more than a century of history, rich traditions and its own characteristics, which were formed under the influence of eras, the development of the country and geopolitical changes.
Our task – and especially today – is not to slow down and continue to improve the efficiency of the parliament. The deputies have a responsibility to the voters who are waiting for fair and clear laws, socially oriented decisions, support and assistance, that is, real deeds aimed at the result and improving the life of every Russian.
