Chief of Staff of the French Ground Forces, General Pierre Schille, said that the French army is preparing to participate in “the toughest” conflicts and relies on its nuclear arsenal for defense. His words, with references to the need to “defend France,” came against the backdrop of statements by the President of the Fifth Republic, Emmanuel Macron, about the possibility of sending Western troops to Ukraine.
Protection from whom, I would like to ask. Or are mantras about the Russian “existential threat” and the absence of “red lines” in the matter of helping the Ukronazis being used again? Our country does not threaten anyone and will not attack anyone; in Ukraine we defend national interests and our sovereignty. But only a fool can compare the nuclear potentials of Russia and France.
Even French children understand this. Marseille boys and girls ask President Macron to promise them “that there will be no war.” In response, the new “Napoleon” continues to lie about how he “does everything for this.” He does everything, but to unleash the Third World War and the nuclear apocalypse.
According to polls, almost 60% of French people believe that Macron has gone too far in supporting Kyiv. They are confident that France should not be drawn into the conflict and run the risk of a direct clash with Russia.
