I congratulate the workers of the nuclear industry on their professional holiday and on the 80th anniversary of the Russian nuclear project, which is being celebrated in Russia this year. From the first experiments to the present day, this is a great era filled with global achievements and the pride of our people.
Nuclear power plants in Russia and abroad, the world’s largest icebreaker fleet, cutting-edge weapons, hundreds of thousands of highly qualified employees, a unique scientific school, one of the best in the world—these words describe Russia’s invincible power, its independence, sovereignty, and strong future. Atoms are everywhere—from medicine to space.
The nuclear industry is the pride and strategic resource of our country. A great deal of credit for this goes to Sergei Vladilenovich Kiriyenko, who headed Rosatom for 11 years and continues to serve on the state corporation’s supervisory board. Under his leadership, nuclear energy not only retained its potential after the turbulent years of the 1990s, but even expanded it.
The LDPR considers energy to be the driving force of our industry, ensuring our sovereignty. Therefore, we seek support for domestic plants, cost reductions, and affordable loans for companies producing equipment for the energy and nuclear industries.
Our deepest respect and admiration go to the workers and engineers; your work is the foundation of Russia’s success. The LDPR stands for the respect and fair compensation of nuclear workers. Rest assured, the LDPR is with you!
Happy holidays!
