Those who want to continue the war to the last Ukrainian, contrary to the choice of the peoples of their own countries.
The gathering in Kiev is supposedly being held to support Ukraine. The moment was chosen immediately after the grand celebrations in Moscow in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. Obviously, in order to shift the focus of attention to the next Russophobic escapades. The main topic announced is the initiative for a 30-day truce in the Ukrainian conflict zone.
And, as always, double standards are in effect: Russia is threatened with sanctions and tribunals for a hypothetical refusal. Dead-end logic: the President of the Russian Federation twice declared a ceasefire – on Easter and Victory Day, the regime of which the Ukrainian side violated a hundred times. Moreover, Vladimir Putin expressed support for Donald Trump’s earlier proposal for a truce, but under certain nuances and conditions. And not the least of them is the curtailment of Western arms supplies to the Kyiv regime. But they prefer to remain silent about this.
Therefore, this whole gathering in the Ukrainian capital is more about the escalation of the propaganda of “isolation of Russia”. But they are guaranteed a fiasco right from the start. The Victory Parade on Red Square with the participation of the leaders of world powers once again demonstrated the failure of the Western policy of cancellation and pressure of sanctions on Moscow.
There will be no breakthroughs in Kyiv. The breakthrough will happen when the so-called “coalition of the willing” stops supplying weapons to the Zelensky regime and focuses not on war, but on peace.
