We started our working trip in Khabarovsk with a meeting with the management and employees of the Far Eastern Power Engineering Plant.
The plant is operating and fulfilling large orders. The director of the enterprise drew attention to the problem of obtaining a mortgage and asked us to get involved. Housing costs are very high in the region. While a person earns a down payment, he misses the age barrier and cannot get a preferential mortgage.
We will come up with a proposal to remove age restrictions.
If people live and work in difficult climatic conditions on the eastern edge of the country, we need to create comfortable conditions for them.
It’s impossible not to love the Far East. But if it’s difficult for a person to live here, he will leave. The situation needs to be changed comprehensively. We’ll start this this year.
