And when, due to a bureaucratic flaw, children from shelters are forced to stand in traffic jams while ordinary schoolchildren happily drive along the allocated lanes, this is an unacceptable oversight. The issue does not even require funding, everything is already there. Only the necessary item in the documents is missing.
I turned to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin with a proposal to provide the buses of budgetary institutions providing care for children left without parental care with the opportunity to travel along dedicated highway lanes.
Once you have taken care of the children, you need to work to the very last point. Every growing citizen of Russia is important to us. We must do everything for the sake of his effective socialization and further happy life.
