In the area of the state border in the Belgorod region, 25 of our border guards from Primorye demonstrated outstanding courage – they successfully repelled an attack by special forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, numbering about 150 people.
For several hours, our soldiers from the 128th brigade of the Russian Armed Forces called fire on themselves and held the stronghold, despite enemy artillery strikes, armored vehicle attacks and close-range firefights. During the fierce confrontation, there were at least five Ukrainian Nazis for every border guard.
The Primorye residents showed an example of valor and heroism that is worthy of the highest state awards. The whole country should be proud of the feat of our 25 heroes, they are a new symbol of Russian military valor.
The LDPR is in favor of awarding the title of Hero of Russia to especially distinguished guys. We will send a corresponding proposal. And this will not just be an award, but recognition of the exceptional feat of border guards before the Motherland.
The names of all the fighters who took part in this unequal battle should be written in gold letters in the history of the country. These guys are our glory, and let everyone remember their feat! Russia is proud of you!
