First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone who believes in our party and turns to it with their proposals, including on improving legislation, on personal issues and troubles in life. And also – in search of justice and protection – with criticism of the authorities and officials who do not always conscientiously fulfill their duties. ALL, without exception, letters are carefully considered, many become the reason for my deputy requests.
The statistics are as follows: from January 1 to March 31 this year, I received 5180 appeals, 4585 were considered. I received more than three hundred messages from social networks asking for help. In a timely manner, people receive a response to their applications. I would like to draw special attention to the fact that during this period 1006 of my deputy appeals were sent to the executive authorities of the federal and regional levels, including 88 requests by letters, the authors of which express an opinion about the violation of the rights of participants in the NWO, asking for assistance in providing assistance military families. Special attention is paid to these appeals, work on them is under strict control.
I note that in the LDPR not a single appeal remains unanswered. If a person has serious problems, our party members also join. We help to get medical care, medicines, we bring food, clothes; if necessary, we help with our own hands. To each – an individual approach.
