This is a serious problem, so I offered the governor help in this matter. I took the task to work.
Unfortunately, this is the situation in many regions of Russia. Yes, the regional authorities are working on upgrading the infrastructure. But, frankly speaking, when it comes to the deterioration of networks up to 90 percent and above, the main role in this direction should be assumed by the state, the federal center.
In the near future, I will discuss possible solutions to this situation with the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation. Investors will not come to the regions when there are such problems with engineering communications. It is very important not to waste time.
