At 12:15 Moscow time, a minute of silence passed simultaneously throughout Russia, to which we, the deputies of the State Duma, joined. This is the exact time of the broadcast of the message of the Soviet government about the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. Four long years, millions of civilians brutally tortured and killed by the Nazis … There is no family in Russia that was not affected by that very bloody war in the history of mankind. We honor the heroes who liberated the world from the “brown plague” and will cherish their memory, passing it on from generation to generation.
We do not need to explain what Nazism is, we recognize it under any mask and in any guise. The so-called civilized West, dressing up as “defenders” of freedom and democracy, is increasingly turning into a new fascist coalition. Its infantry was the Kiev junta, which raised to the banner the ideology of Hitlerism and all its components – misanthropy, genocide, racism.
Russia, as in World War II, stood up as a wall to protect the Russian Donbass from the new fascist threat of the 21st century. And our Victory over revanchist evil spirits is inevitable!
