Apparently, the State Department finally “studied” the video of the brutal massacre by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and sent the corresponding “instructions” to the Zelensky regime.
The accusations of the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office are just a hypocritical attempt to justify the executioners, moreover, according to the US manuals. Only now, the reaction of the Ukronazis, “controlled” from overseas, was completely belated. Footage of murdered Russian prisoners spread all over the world, even the media engaged by the collective West could not hush up the war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities.
The killers of unarmed Russian prisoners must not escape fair retribution. And no manipulations with the interpretation of the “laws of war” will prevent them from being found and brought to trial!
