The exchange was made possible thanks to the highly professional actions of Russian negotiators, the Ministry of Defense and all other departments and services. We are ready to work further to fully achieve peace while understanding the need to eliminate the root causes of the conflict.
However, for a sustainable result, there must be a reciprocal readiness on the part of the Ukrainian regime, which has not yet abandoned attempts to terrorize civilians and UAV attacks on Russian cities. All acts of aggression, as has already been stated, will always be adequately responded to by Moscow. Responsibility in the event of escalation will lie with Kyiv.
