What do we see now? Mortar attacks and statements by the heads of the DPR and LPR about the forced evacuation of civilians to the Russian regions to save their lives! Moreover, under the unceasing promises of anti-Russian sanctions from Washington and European capitals!
All this deprives the Kiev regime, led by nationalists and radicals, of the remnants of reason. They believe that the statements of the United States and its allies are an indulgence for continuing the war against their own people.
Taken together, this is a brazen and cynical combination to cover up the blatant violation of the Minsk agreements by the Ukrainian authorities. This is real indulgence in the genocide of the Russian-speaking population of Donbass.”
