1. The Russian delegation is not going to recognize and implement the OSCE PA resolutions with the usual set of Russophobic clichés adopted in violation of the regulations, as well as in its absence.
2. The decision on the further presence of the delegation of the Russian Federation at this site or freezing of its work must be agreed with the top leadership of the country. I think that we will return to this issue after the elections to the State Duma.
3. Payments of contributions to the OSCE PA are approved by the decision of the Council of the Duma. The proposals are prepared by the International Affairs Committee in accordance (!) With the order of the Government of the Russian Federation. For this calendar year, such a provision for the payment of contributions has already been adopted. In the future, we will proceed from the development of the situation and the position of the Cabinet of Ministers.
