“Mueller’s report on Trump’s absence of collusion with the Russian Federation is a kind of internal political rehabilitation for the American president. However, his conclusions are unlikely to instantly change anything in the dialogue between Russia and the United States. Illusions, unfortunately, are not yet feeding here.
The anti-Russian flywheel, launched by the Obama administration, for two years of lies and catastrophic losses in bilateral relations, only gained momentum. All these myths about the notorious intervention of Russia were only a far-fetched reason for continuing pressure on our country.
Nevertheless, we are not losing hope for the restoration of a constructive level in the interaction between the US and the Russian Federation as the leading nuclear powers. This is necessary, first of all, to ensure stability and security on the planet, especially in today’s conditions, when the contractual framework in the field of arms control collapses.”
