“The new US sanctions against Russian and Chinese enterprises associated with the Armed Forces are part of a containment policy, unfair competition, and more generally, a hybrid cold war.
Restrictions are illegal in themselves and cannot affect any country’s foreign policy change. This is an obvious fact. However, Washington continues to impose and advance its interests with the help of the “sanctions stick”. Unfortunately, such actions and steps undermine the remaining opportunities for cooperation in many areas important for overall stability and security. This is real agony on the part of the American administration.”
