We are ready for dialogue, but the ball is on the American side here. We are waiting for specific proposals. At the same time, the advancement of any conditions for prolongation, in my opinion, will become a deterrent. There is very little time left, the count goes into days, since the term of the Agreement, as you know, expires on February 5.
If the parties make a decision on the extension, we are ready to quickly join the preparation of the ratification process in the Russian parliament. I repeat once again: maintaining the Treaty is in the interests of global nuclear security and arms control.
