“The State Department’s report on the alleged“ Russian propaganda and disinformation ”is in fact an element of exclusively American propaganda and disinformation. The Russian state media mentioned in it operate in the legal field and work in accordance with all international professional standards, excluding, first of all, the spread of outright fakes. Unfortunately, what we have recently not always been able to say about the media sphere in the United States.
In fact, the report is yet another manifestation of political censorship, the aggressive promotion of pro-American politics in world affairs, an attempt to drown out alternative points of view to please their interests. Washington is consistently pursuing a Russophobic line to ensure its own hegemony and contain our country. All these anti-Russian “scarecrows”, aggravated against the background of the election campaign in the United States, naturally have nothing to do with reality.”
