The proceeds from their implementation, according to the congressmen, should go to help Ukraine.
But the point here is not at all in Ukraine and ordinary Ukrainians. It was with the direct assistance of Washington that a chain of bloody events was launched in Kyiv, as a result of which a Russophobic neo-Nazi junta came to power in 2014. And its failure now will be a failure not only for the United States, but a terrible defeat for the entire neo-colonial policy of the collective West.
However, the Americans are ready to “help” Ukraine at someone else’s expense, once again trampling on the right of private property, which was unshakable in the West until quite recently, and even their own Constitution. It seems that in its anti-Russian frenzy with games of hegemony, America has entered the process of self-destruction.
