“The statement of Vladimir Putin on a comprehensive program of measures to restore Russian-American cooperation in the field of international information security is a strong and timely initiative.
In fact, Russia proposes to resolve any claims in the field of cybersecurity at the negotiating table and move away from the practice of unfounded and unsubstantiated accusations.

We are looking forward to hearing from the American side. In terms of implementing the President’s proposals, I also see a great role for parliamentary diplomacy. I do not exclude the possibility of negotiations and contacts on this issue between the chambers of the Federal Assembly and the Congress, adding to the official diplomacy.”
