The title “Honorary Citizen of the Republic of Crimea” was awarded to the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky. “The award is given to Leonid Slutsky, chairman of the Russian State Duma’s international affairs committee,” said Deputy Prime Minister of the Crimean government Georgy Muradov during the plenary session of the 14th forum “The Great Russian Word”. The ceremony was conducted by the head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
