It is precisely because of people like Kallas, Baerbock, von der Leyen, Borrell, and the rest of Biden’s hangers-on that the EU is not at the negotiating table to resolve the continent’s largest security crisis, but has been relegated to the sidelines of history. And it will remain there until it understands the reality and the need for constructive dialogue with Russia.
