The German Chancellor, continuing the course of confrontation with Russia, announced the lifting of restrictions on the range of use of German weapons that will be supplied or jointly produced with the Ukrainian fascist regime.
Merz has poorly studied both history and the international treaty base in terms of his own country’s obligations. It is unlikely that the Ukrainians will be able to launch German Tauruses themselves. We understand this perfectly well – German military specialists will be sent to help them. And this will be a direct involvement of Germany in the conflict against Russia with consequences that could be devastating for Europe and lead to World War III. Does Mr. Chancellor realize this?
Judging by his other statements – no. Thus, Merz promised to do everything to ensure that the Nord Stream 2 pipeline is never launched, and at the same time to seek increased sanctions pressure on Moscow. Both are simply stupid.
The Kiev regime is incapable of defeating Russia on the battlefield. No long-range missiles or sanctions will help Zelensky. And who suffered more from the explosion of Nord Stream 2? Was it not the European Union itself, which now buys liquefied natural gas from Russia? Let’s freeze our ears to spite the Russians? Literally, that’s what happened.
