More than 130 innocent lives were taken by the terrorist attack in Crocus. We mourn for everyone, and our entire country today, together with the families of the dead and injured.
I am at a session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva. Together with the rector of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Moscow Patriarchate in Geneva and the Archbishop of the Russian Orthodox Church abroad, they remembered those innocently killed during the terrorist attack in Moscow.
We pray for the victims and that such a day will never happen again.
