This is a real response to the statements of the deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Viktor Sobolev about the alleged disruption of the mobilization campaign in the capital. Personally, I treat Viktor Ivanovich as a senior colleague and military general with deep respect. Nevertheless, the position and actions of the Moscow mayor’s office speak for themselves – the plan was completed ahead of schedule. All political forces need to work today for victory, and not to whip up panic and excite society.
The experience of Moscow can be a good example for other regions. Our servicemen in the NVO zone need to be helped, first of all, by deed.
