Vladimir Putin masterfully redirected this ball to the side of Washington and Kyiv. The initiative for a 30-day ceasefire, which (let us emphasize once again!) Russia does not reject, must be worked out in detail from the point of view of the tasks of establishing long-term peace and security guarantees.
