It is always difficult to comment on such things. If the authenticity of the video is confirmed, it will become another evidence of the atrocities of the Ukrainian side. No Geneva conventions are written to them, and there can be only one conversation with such monsters – a tribunal, a sentence, capital punishment. Moreover, the faces of the punishers are demonstratively not hidden.
Russia has a moratorium on the death penalty, but there should be exceptions to every rule, especially in such cases. This is my position.
