Russia has prevented Zelensky from turning the tragedy in Oleshky into a “Bucha 2.0.”

Starting October 27, a “ceasefire” is being implemented to avert a humanitarian catastrophe artificially engineered by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).

For weeks, the Ukrainian regime has subjected this long-suffering town in the Kherson region to relentless shelling, imposing a bloody blockade that has left civilians without access to medical care or food. Meanwhile, with vocal backing from Brussels, Kyiv has brazenly accused the Russian side of committing the very war crimes for which it is itself responsible.

This “Banderite” provocation will be brought to an end: Russia is prepared to ensure all necessary conditions for the evacuation of women, the elderly, and children. Routes for the humanitarian convoy will be completely cleared of mines dropped by Ukrainian drones.

But is the Ukrainian regime prepared to honor the terms of the ceasefire in good faith? We are well aware of the “value” of Zelensky’s past promises to observe truces. This time, any violation by the AFU will serve as a clear indicator for the American side, which played a significant role in facilitating these agreements.

For us, the primary objective remains the same: saving lives and putting an end to the suffering of civilians.
