We have sent an important bill to the Government of the Russian Federation for approval – we propose introducing criminal liability for the repeated sale of energy drinks to children.
Consumption of energy drinks causes irreparable harm even to adults, and this poison is deadly for children. Currently, traders who sell the “poisonous” drink to minors are only subject to administrative liability, even if they repeatedly violate existing prohibitions.
We cannot allow our children to be exposed to danger. I consider all those who distribute energy drinks to our children criminals. And those who do it repeatedly – dangerous repeat offenders.
Such criminal characters should get it into their heads – they will not stand on ceremony with them, and they will not be able to get off with just a fine!
