Every young scientist should be confident that they have prospects for work and comfortable living conditions in Russia. For many years, these immutable standards for researchers around the world have been ignored in our country. Now the state is paying more and more attention to young scientific personnel. However, in such an important issue as providing preferential mortgages for the purchase of housing, the opportunity for young scientists is not provided. We propose to fix this.
The victories of our guys in international competitions, their receipt of numerous grants and awards prove that Russian science is still rich in talent and has impressive potential.
But to be sure that new Kurchatovs and Korolevs are born, we need to do more. We need to create all the conditions for a successful start for young researchers.
Without young people in science, Russia has no future!
