Student years are one of the most exciting stages of life. Young people study, fall in love, create families. For many, lack of housing becomes a barrier. There are no support measures at all to help the guys at the start.
Student families should have opportunities for a comfortable life and raising children. Therefore, the LDPR proposes to give newlyweds the priority right to live together in a hostel. And those who are raising children and undergoing training will be paid an additional scholarship, which will help provide for the child and allow them to continue their studies. And if there is no one to leave the baby with, it is necessary to create conditions at educational institutions for the care and supervision of children while the parents are away. If we want changes in demographics, the situation needs to change dramatically.
We have prepared a corresponding bill and are sending it to the government.
