On March 28, Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore to the Russian Federation Neo Ek Beng Mark, who expressed condolences in connection with the horrific terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall on March 22.
“In these difficult days, Singapore expresses its condolences to the Russian people,” said Mr. Ambassador.
Leonid Slutsky, for his part, thanked Neo Ek Beng Mark for the words of support addressed to Russia, noting that despite all the difficulties of the international situation, it is important to maintain a window of opportunity for dialogue.
