The Bandera drone attack on the Russian presidential residence in the Novgorod region is an act of state terrorism, a demonstration of the agony and utter degradation of the Zelenskyy regime. And the European “war party” is directly complicit.
The terrorists’ style has not changed. After Istanbul-1, there was the Bucha incident; after the first rounds of Istanbul-2, there were large-scale terrorist attacks on transport infrastructure; now, after the virtual failure of Zelenskyy’s plan in Florida during the negotiations with Trump, there is the drone attack on the residence of the Russian president.
This is not only a provocation against Russia but also an undermining of American peacekeeping efforts. It is not surprising that the US President called Kyiv’s actions “madness,” promising to reconsider his approach to working with the Ukrainian delegation.
I am confident that retaliatory measures will inevitably follow. This includes, as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated, a change in the negotiating position.
